Rishi Kapoor was conceived Rishi Raj Kapoor, in Chembur, Bombay, in a Punjabi family. He was an Indian entertainer, executive and maker known for his work in Hindi film. He got the National Film Award for Best Child Artist for his presentation job in his dad Raj Kapoor's 1970 film Mera Naam Joker. He had his first lead job as a grown-up, inverse Dimple Kapadia, in the film Bobby (1973), and won the Filmfare Best Actor Award in 1974.
